How it Works
An independent seller posts the auction on Lithoplanet. So buyers can view the open auctions and its lots, seller's terms, shipping terms and location. If you would like to SELL your products on your own auction, please contact us here.
Bidding
Please place your bid with care! If you are not able to buy the product you have bid on, contact Lithoplanet immediately at sales@lithoplanet.com to cancel your bid. Once you placed a bid you are entering into a binding contract. You will be obligated to buy if your bid is the highest when the auction ends. Read Lithoplanet Terms & Conditions and the Seller's Terms, as they are different from the terms of Lithoplanet. The seller sets the payments types, deadlines, pick-up dates and more. The seller's terms are listed on each lot listing page, with seller's location and their information. If you win the auction, you will be bound by these terms. Timed online auction on Lithoplanet does not extend. The auction ends on the exact posted date and time.
Paying
If an auction ends and you are the highest bidder (winning bidder), you will receive an invoice including the product you have won, value due, the seller's contact information and payment options. Contact to your seller directly after the auction has ended if you were not contacted from them. If you have issues to reach your seller, or have any concerns, feel free to contact Lithoplanet at sales@lithoplanet.com. The sooner the payment is arranged, the more likely you are to receive your purchase on time. Late payment policies may differ from seller to seller, but in order to maintain Lithoplanet as a place where buyers and sellers want to do business, your account may be placed under review in cases of multiple non-payments or non-payments on high ticket items.

A Lithoplanet user does not need to create an account on our website to place a bid. Users can place a bid by submitting the Register to Bid Form. The bidder becomes verified providing the following information:
- Basic information (full name and company name)
- Contact details (phone number and email)
- Billing and Shipping Address
- Offer amount
Once Lithoplanet has received this information, Lithoplanet and Seller are able to verify the bidder through an approval process which guarantees the truth of Bidder's identity. The Seller is always free to approve or deny the Bidder offer if there is no agreement with Seller’s Terms.
